- Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Train, coach, and mentor FOH staff
- Actively manage the dining room floor during service
- Drive upselling initiatives and maximize guest satisfaction
- Coordinate reservations, seating, and service flow
- Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality culture
- Support scheduling, performance management, and reporting
- Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar FOH leadership role
- Strong knowledge of upscale or casual fine dining service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Speak English fluently. Dutch & Spanish also preferred
- Hands-on, guest-focused, and service-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Willingness to relocate and live and work in Curaçao
