- Preparing dishes and mise en place according to recipes with direction and guidance from the chefs.
- Stock and manage assigned food station(s) and ensure quality of food served.
- Possess a great attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas are cleaned and maintained daily.
- Strong desire to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
- At least 2 years cooking in an a la carte establishment.
- Speak English and Dutch clearly. Spanish speaking and Papiamentu is a plus, but not required.
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
- Have a passion and interest in the Horeca industry and wish to learn from others about all things horeca.
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
